Packs

Within 14 days of buying the packs, if you have not run more than three pack workouts, write to us and we refund in full. After that the unlock is yours for good and is not refunded.

Gym tier

The trial is free and ends without a charge if you cancel before it does. A monthly payment already made is not refunded when you cancel — the tier simply stays on until the period ends. If the service was unavailable for more than 48 hours in a month, that month is refunded on request.

Mistakes

Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for a plan you did not choose: write to us and it is refunded, no questions.

How

Reply to the receipt email or use the contact page with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the card through Stripe within a few days.
