1. What Ikuzo is

Ikuzo is an interval timer you use in a browser. The timer is free. Two paid things exist: the packs (a one-off payment that opens every curated workout pack, for good) and the Gym tier (a monthly subscription that puts the timer on a gym's screen with the gym's branding, a today link and coach tools). Prices are shown before you pay and charged by Stripe; we never see your card.

2. Your account

An account is an email address and a sign-in link. There is no password. You are responsible for who can read that inbox. A gym's owner is responsible for the coaches they invite and for what is published on their screen and today link.

3. Packs

The packs unlock is tied to the email you paid with and does not expire. You may restore it on any device by sign-in link. The workouts in the packs are ours; you may run them, share links to them and edit them for your own training; you may not resell them or republish the collection.

4. Gym tier

The Gym tier starts with a free trial and then renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; the tier stays on until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails you have a grace period (currently 7 days) before the screen and today link return to the free look. The founding price, when granted, is locked for as long as the subscription stays active.

5. Content and conduct

What you type, publish or brand is yours and your responsibility. Do not put anything unlawful, hateful or someone else's trademark on a gym page or screen. We may take down a page that breaks this and refund the unused period.

6. Availability

We run Ikuzo carefully but without a guarantee of uptime. The timer works offline once loaded. Nothing here is medical advice; train within your limits.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it. Material changes to a paid tier are announced by email before they apply.
